Poet's Corner

Extension and remodelling to a terraced house in the Poet's Corner Conservation Area in South London.

London stock bricks and timber framed windows characterise the exterior of the extension. Internally the existing structure has been rationalised to improve ceiling heights and internal flow. A new open plan kitchen dining area sit within the new extension. Windows and roof-lights have been carefully positioned to provide ample natural light and an improved connection to the garden.

 

Studio Brassica Architects secured planning permission and have carried out the technical design for contractor pricing. The project is currently progressing well on site.
